Immunology Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immunology Specialist to join our team at Syneos Health/inVentiv Health Commercial LLC. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel to drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to provide expert insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional materials.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, biology, chemistry).
- 4+ years of direct sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including overnights and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Prior experience with injectable or infused products.
- Working knowledge of immunology and/or gastroenterology, rheumatology, or dermatology.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
- Project-oriented selling experience in a high-incentive and individual-performance culture.
