Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at SVG Motors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Development: Nurture and build long-term relationships with our customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize your consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and technologies, to become a trusted advisor to our customers.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals, while maintaining open and effective communication with customers and team members.

  • Availability and Flexibility: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Self-Motivation and Ambition: Possess a self-starter mentality and an ambitious spirit, with a strong desire to succeed and grow in your career.
