About the Role
A culinary professional is sought to join our dynamic team as a Prep Cook. Reporting to the Chef or Sous Chef, this individual will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, preparing ingredients, and ensuring that menu items meet our company's quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Prepare ingredients for main, side, and dessert dishes, adhering to our company's recipe guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with wait staff to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
  5. Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues with their tasks and duties when needed.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
