Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Employment Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will oversee all administrative functions within the Division Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Division VP of Sales and Marketing by managing correspondence, mailings, expense reports, and office meetings.
  • Handle ongoing communications through various channels (mail, email, phone).
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets, updating meeting notes as required.
  • Draft and organize simple correspondence.
  • Maintain departmental records and files.
  • Process purchase orders for marketing-related materials.
  • Collaborate with accounts payable to manage invoice approvals and coding.
  • Investigate marketing invoices and payment inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts and amendments.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and updates.
  • Manage inventory and reorder promotional items as necessary.
  • Oversee model inspections for maintenance and signage.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team for model upkeep.
  • Manage collateral for all neighborhoods.
  • Order branded merchandise for the company.
  • Assist in the development of brochures and invitations.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Provide creative direction for marketing materials.
  • Oversee event management, including catering and guest services.
  • Support Realtor relations.
  • Manage directional signage for neighborhoods.
  • Facilitate weekly e-blasts featuring highlighted residences.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral such as price sheets and flyers.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained both online and on-site.
  • Review and update neighborhood website pages for accuracy.
  • Manage sales office collateral.
  • Oversee installation and maintenance of neighborhood and model signage.
  • Assist in coordinating sales and marketing reports.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing department and external vendors.
  • Coordinate model photography and community videos.
  • Manage the closeout process for model complexes and sales offices.

Managerial Responsibilities

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in real estate development or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience supporting senior executives is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse personality types.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to bend, lift up to 20 pounds, reach, see, stand, sit, hear, type, and communicate effectively. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional exposure to construction sites.
