Position Title: Store Manager

Reports to: Area Manager

Location: Brattleboro, VT - In Person

Position Summary:

As a Store Manager at Sanel NAPA, you will exhibit exceptional leadership by nurturing a safety-first culture, creating a clear vision, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and demonstrating initiative within your team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of both team members and customers by adhering to established safety protocols.
  • Maintain exemplary customer service standards for both retail and wholesale clientele.
  • Develop and mentor team members to achieve outstanding customer service and business outcomes.
  • Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR in the hiring, training, coaching, and termination processes.
  • Drive sales and identify new customer and revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee inventory management, expenses, scheduling, and store cleanliness.
  • Work with the Area Manager to create business plans and budgets.
  • Ensure delivery vehicles are well-maintained and positively represent the company.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years of managerial experience in retail or automotive parts preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and video conferencing tools.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, multitasking skills, and self-motivation.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required for operating company vehicles.
  • Able to diagnose and resolve various operational challenges.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, integrity, and professionalism in all responsibilities.
