Job Summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Training Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of warehouse associates and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train warehouse associates in the proper execution of all established quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with shift managers to develop employee performance development plans and provide continuous feedback on performance.
  • Manage and supervise the daily activities of warehouse associates in the fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse operations.
  • Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits and encourage a sense of responsibility and ownership in the results of these audits.
  • Investigate accidents and use judgment and discretion to make findings and document them.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in General Studies or related field.
  • 2-5 years of related warehouse experience.
  • Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems and voice recognition, inventory control, and labor management.
  • Ability to safely and efficiently move merchandise weighing up to 60lbs.
