Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure outstanding guest and employee satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in various operational roles, providing support to team members as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to maintain efficient food service and uphold the highest standards of dining quality.
  • Utilize effective communication and decision-making skills to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage Grizzly's revenue, labor, and cost of goods sold (COGS) to adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Coordinate with entertainment bookings to ensure seamless lodging and dining arrangements.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and implement menu updates in collaboration with the culinary lead.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of food and beverage menus, ensuring compliance with internal review processes.
  • Manage employee timecards and payroll in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor control regulations through regular audits.
  • Lead training initiatives for front-of-house staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Facilitate inventory management and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Engage in promotional activities to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a leadership role within a high-volume restaurant or bar setting is essential. Candidates should possess bartending and serving experience, with additional familiarity in host/hostess roles and food expediting preferred.

Physical Requirements
