About the Opportunity
Join Source Group LLC, a proven marketing company with over 12 years of experience, as an Advertising Sales Representative. This is a full-time role that requires you to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing ones. You will be responsible for selling advertising space including print and digital. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive approach to sales.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where they can utilize their skills to drive business growth. With a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $44,947.00 - $64,711.00 per year, you will be motivated to succeed and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell advertising space to new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth
- Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate and close deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $44,947.00 - $64,711.00 per year
- Bonus opportunities: Daily bonus, Performance bonus, Weekly bonus
- Commission pay: Uncapped commission
- Paid time off: Relaxed schedule with 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, no nights or weekends
