Client Services Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Services Executive to join our team at Arizona Sports Enterprises. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our corporate sponsors and partners. You will work closely with the sponsorship team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, sponsorship, or account management, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our corporate sponsors and partners
  • Work closely with the sponsorship team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth


Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Three (3) to eight (8) years of sales experience in a related field
- Demonstrated track record of outstanding sales achievement
- Proven ability to renew and upsell existing clients as well as land new clients
- Exceptional sales skills and ability to pitch and close deals up to six figures
- Strong understanding of sales compensation plans and ability to navigate compensation issues
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and tactically
- Strong computer skills and experience operating in an environment that employs a CRM system as well as the Microsoft Office suite

Estimated Salary Range:$90,000 - $130,000 per year based on location and experience.
