About the Role

As a Sales Director of Revenue Growth with Hilton Tucson East, you will be responsible for leading and driving top-line revenue strategy for traditional sales-related segments, including group, volume transient, and catering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a marketing communications plan to achieve desired positioning for the hotel
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget that supports revenue attainment
  • Lead and drive top-line revenue for traditional sales segments
  • Assess and react to market trends, market share, and the competitive hotel environment
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience as a sales leader with prior hotel sales experience
  • Experience dealing with/communicating with ownership groups and asset management
  • Proficient in managing/using sales automation (DELPHI) & PMS systems
  • Experience working collaboratively with revenue management
  • Well-rounded knowledge of all market segments and channel sources
