Job Overview

Givaudan is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Planning Coordinator to support the supply and production capacity planning for Flavours Operations at local level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer orders for raw materials resale demands and create repack process orders as needed.
  • Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care, and regional and global affiliates as required.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly status reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders) and distribute them.
  • Produce and analyze order and production data on an ad hoc basis as required by management.
  • Receive and record vendor confirmations, file purchase order documents, and perform various auxiliary administrative planning functions to support the department manager, production planners, and raw material planners.
  • Work under the standards of quality, safety, industrial hygiene, and good practices.
  • Manage boot and pager invoices for the site.
  • Manage Packaging Supply.
  • Follow and execute PIR/golden rules/best practices, SLOB.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • ERP/MRP desired.
  • Language skills: English.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
