Job Details The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Their duties include but are not limited to coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites. A qualified candidate will possess:
  • 5+ years Construction Superintendent experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams on-site
  • Proficient with Procore
  • OSHA 30 Hour
  • Technically literate individual
  • Motivated and team player
