Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff Global Supply Manager to spearhead the procurement of indirect goods and services essential for our manufacturing facilities. This position requires a strategic mindset and robust analytical capabilities to manage supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our Supply Chain Management team, you will:

  • Formulate comprehensive strategies and plans for the procurement and scaling of indirect materials and services across Form Energy's locations.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with a diverse pool of suppliers and preferred vendors to meet Form's operational needs.
  • Negotiate favorable terms that enhance total cost of ownership, lead time, and mitigate risks by overseeing the entire procurement process from supplier identification to contract finalization.
  • Set should-cost targets and benchmarks for all indirect spending categories.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Form's manufacturing processes, maintenance requirements, and the supply base relevant to service and material suppliers.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in strategic consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating proposals and formulating recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and negotiation.
  • The capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to make informed decisions with limited information.
