Job Title: Material Planner

Pay Rate: $30/hr - $40/hr DOE

Contract Duration: 3 Months with potential for permanent placement

Overview: A Material Planner position is currently available with Belcan. This role involves managing the timely delivery of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies to production lines, ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and management of Purchase Orders within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to obtain updates on production readiness and identify parts requiring further attention.
  • Support Warehouse and Accounts Payable teams in resolving issues related to parts receipts.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in material planning or procurement.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with purchasing and procurement processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Oracle ERP is advantageous.
