About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Specialist to join our team at StretchLab in South Windsor, CT. As a Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretching sessions customized to each client's needs, educating clients on the benefits of mobility and flexibility for recovery, prevention, and overall health, and assessing client mobility levels and creating stretching plans based on our specialized protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality assisted stretching sessions to clients
  • Educate clients on the importance of mobility and flexibility for overall health
  • Assess client mobility levels and create personalized stretching plans
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and inclusive studio culture

Requirements:

  • Passion for fitness and wellness
  • Certification in personal training, physical therapy, or a related field (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
