POSITION SUMMARY
As an integral member of Clean Scapes, the Account Executive for the Maintenance Division is crucial in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. This role requires building robust client relationships, efficiently managing personnel, overseeing resources, and aligning operations with financial objectives. You will be responsible for setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and establishing timelines based on client needs, working alongside dynamic teams to provide outstanding service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Oversight: Direct the planning and implementation of landscape maintenance, enhancement, and irrigation initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks and timelines to elevate property aesthetics and profitability.
- Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional service to all clients through proactive communication, loyalty development, problem resolution, and consistent follow-up.
- Collaborative Communication: Effectively liaise with account managers, arbor managers, enhancement managers, crew leaders, and other departments to guarantee superior service and meticulously maintained properties.
- Financial Management: Achieve or surpass budget targets, ensuring timely and accurate billing and proposal processes.
- Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, managing personnel to meet efficiency, safety, and productivity objectives.
- Safety Standards: Ensure that all operations, whether performed individually or by team members, comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Financial Oversight: Regularly monitor accounts receivable to ensure prompt collection of all outstanding accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the commercial landscaping sector is advantageous, but we believe individuals from various backgrounds can excel in the Account Executive role. We prioritize excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, a service-oriented mindset, and a commitment to personal growth.
- While a degree is beneficial, we understand that practical experience can be just as valuable. We will consider both educational and experiential backgrounds as a foundation for talent.
