As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the development of our digital mortgage servicing platforms. With a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time, you'll lead cross-functional teams in the framing and delivery of new features designed to improve online self-service rates and associated customer satisfaction scores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirement gathering with business and technical stakeholders to identify goals and considerations
  • Create functional specifications, diagrams, and use cases to communicate the full scope of enhancements
  • Author Agile User Stories in the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) system
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to produce highly intuitive user experiences
  • Conduct Legal & Regulatory Compliance reviews and collaborate to achieve compliance when gaps are identified
  • Lead Agile rituals with product, design, development, and QA teams
  • Perform post-release validation testing to ensure successful launches
  • Publish release deliverables, blockers, and metrics for each sprint
  • Develop detailed reporting requirements to measure the performance of all enhancements
  • Analyze customer account, engagement, and behavioral trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare Pivot Tables & Graphs to effectively communicate research findings and KPI attainment
  • Identify and share insights and recommendations through presentations to the executive team
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry, particularly post-closing (Servicing)
  • 8-10+ years in a digital product management role leading cross-functional teams through the on-time and on-budget delivery of complex technology initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience in agile software development environments with business stakeholders, developers, QA testers, designers, and copywriters
  • 5+ years analyzing data to evaluate website performance, data integrity, and user engagement
  • 5+ years creating consumer-facing digital products and features that simplify and automate complex workflows
  • 2+ years managing products that interface with LSAMS, BKFS, or other mortgage Servicing Systems of Record
  • 2+ years in a Tier 3 production support role with accountability for coordination across multiple technology teams to achieve issue resolution
  • Strong understanding of mortgage loan modification and forbearance solutions
  • Knowledge of Azure and VSTS a plus

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring compliance and branding standards are met in every stage of the SDLC
  • Comfortable with loosely framed goals and enjoy completing the steps required to investigate associated opportunities, viability, and optimal path to value
  • Independently prioritize work and manage to deadlines
  • Prioritize critical evaluation from diverse stakeholders to maximize the predictability of outcomes
  • Excel at creating consensus and producing high-impact outcomes leading teams with diverse goals and skillsets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize business and technology topics for executive leaders
  • Passionate about the user experience
