Job Summary:

EDI Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to manage the sales process from quoting and bidding to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present accurate and competitive quotes and bids for commercial and custom building projects, ensuring all proposals meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, referrals, and online research.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all phases are executed according to plan, and maintain close communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, recommending appropriate products and solutions that meet their specific requirements and enhance their operations.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress, utilizing CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer data.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial and custom building industry.
  • Strong understanding of quoting and bidding processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
