Job Overview:

Escalon Services, LLC. is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to spearhead business development efforts in the OTT/CTV space. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in building, managing, and expanding a portfolio of clients.

Salary and Benefits:
$200k+ (base + commission) first-year OTE, unlimited commission earning potential, unlimited PTO, remote work from home, 401k Plan, Health, Dental, Vision (UH), and unlimited bonus earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • IDentify and engage new clients through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV landscape.
  • Provide regular forecasts of your sales activities and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Established relationships with agencies and clients in your home market.
  • Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal.
  • Self-motivated individual who excels at managing their own schedule and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
