Job Title: Employee Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Employee Services Representative to join our team at Mattel. As an Employee Services Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data in our Workday and Peoplesoft HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily audits of interface files to ensure employee type changes are accurately reflected in Workday and Peoplesoft.
  • Update Peoplesoft system as per Workday and interface files.
  • Monitor Workday inbox to review and approve business process and employee self-service tasks.
  • Interface with HRBPs, Payroll, and Employees to follow up and ensure data is updated and meets weekly and biweekly payroll deadlines.
  • Process employee verifications as needed.
  • Process daily queries/reports to ensure system errors are minimized.
  • Prepare and deliver insider trading information.
  • Prepare and audit employee severance documentation.
  • Research and resolve complex transactions related to Employee Data Management.
  • Process Kissflow requests for employee data, training uploaded, visa updates, etc.
  • Assist with necessary testing of HRIS systems.
  • Strictly audit co-worker's data entry.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation related to Employee Data Management.
  • Develop strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with overflow of additional work within department.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret and process large volumes of data.
  • Proven research and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to efficiently handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of PC's and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday & PeopleSoft.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree preferred in Business or related field.
  • Experience in Human Resources and/or Database Auditing.
  • Experience with Workday and/or Peoplesoft HCM is preferred.
