Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all phone calls and respond to voicemails in a timely manner
  • Check-in new and existing patients, collecting necessary information and updating patient records
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information on treatment options and insurance coverage
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient communication records
  • Review and adjust the daily schedule as needed to ensure efficient use of time
  • Print end-of-day reports and reconcile payments
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of patient service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish
Working Hours/Location

Monday - Wednesday: 8:45am - 5:00pm
Thursday - Friday: 6:45am - 3:00pm
2 Saturdays per month
2 9:45am - 6:00pm shifts per month
