Position Overview
As a Team Leader/Referral Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily staffing assignments and operational levels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Direct, orient, and provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
2. Evaluate and ensure the quality of services provided, while facilitating professional development programs for staff.
3. Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
4. Fulfill necessary staff responsibilities to maintain required service levels.
5. Lead the resolution of complex issues and customer complaints.
6. Maintain proficiency in all operational areas to effectively assist and guide team members as needed.

Minimum Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- An Associate's Degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements
- For the Front Office Supervisor role: Previous experience in medical front office supervision is preferred.
- For the Clinical Lead role: Clinical experience is preferred, along with knowledge of medical terminology.

Essential Skills
This position requires critical thinking abilities, decisive judgment, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must be able to thrive in a high-pressure environment and take appropriate actions as necessary.
