Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Townhomes Division at Drees Homes. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise and guide a team of sales professionals to maximize sales performance
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Act as a liaison between sales, field staff, homeowners, and operational staff to resolve issues and questions
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure the company is maximizing market share
  • Develop and implement Division Sales training plans
  • Ensure compliance with all Company and Division policies and procedures
  • Oversee the overall condition and presentation of model homes, market homes, and community entrances

Requirements:

  • College degree required; related field preferred
  • Proven personal sales track record required
  • 3 years of Sales Management experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years Residential Sales experience
  • Proven ability to lead a Sales team
  • Customer-focused and driven to succeed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, energetic, and outgoing
  • Organized and decisive
