Nutritional Services Manager

As a Nutritional Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in the leadership framework, both within your facility and as a manager for the Aramark SeniorLIFE+ program. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily food service operations, managing a dedicated team, fostering client relationships, ensuring account profitability, and promoting staff development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments, monitor progress, and implement care plans for residents under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with your team to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for residents, guided by a Regional Culinary Director and with input from the Registered Dietitian.
- Manage all financial aspects, including profit and loss statements and budgeting related to the account.
- Engage in resident satisfaction initiatives, attend departmental meetings as required, and participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs.

- Must possess a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification or be a Registered Dietetic Technician (DTR).
- A minimum of one year of experience in food service management within healthcare or senior living environments is preferred.
- ServSafe™ certification is required or must be obtained within six months of employment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and tray card systems is necessary.
