- Partner with the Acuative Client Success Manager to deploy resources and support business operational needs.
- Directly manage and oversee large projects within assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth integration of business solutions.
- Recommend technology upgrades and managed solutions to enhance client business outcomes and experiences.
- Provide recommendations on technical, contractual, administrative, and financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to leverage resources and solutions, reducing costs and meeting service level agreements.
- Engage directly with clients to ensure satisfaction with solutions, develop stronger relationships, and identify additional opportunities.
- Lead by influence, supporting team members to enhance their performance and development.
- Prepare and oversee the development of operating budgets for assigned key accounts, monitoring spending and recommending variances.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred or equivalent.
- Five or more years of experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of company business practices, P&L management, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with managed solutions and service offerings.
- Proficiency in financial management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently as well as part of a team.
At Acuative Corporation, compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including experience, education, skills, and organizational requirements. We offer competitive compensation packages, and the current estimate for this position's compensation range is $80K-150K and variable compensation plan.
