Account Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and develop strategies to grow sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales progress
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $54,000 - $75,000, plus up to $19,000 in commissions for the first year
- An uncapped bonus potential

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
- Excellent time and territory management skills
- Ability to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive a company car
