Job Responsibilities

The Client Support and Sales Development Manager will be responsible for growing sales and supporting client needs by executing product line commercial activities related to new business prospects and existing business support.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Client satisfaction and retention.
  • Team collaboration and communication.
  • Adaptability and ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in a related discipline (Business) or college experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written (English).
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent math and organizational skills.
  • SAP preferred.
  • Ability to learn, comprehend, and apply new concepts quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customers.
  • 1-2 year experience working in sales preferred.
  • Experience in sales, sales planning, strategic planning preferred.
  • Bilingual (English, Korean) preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
