Job Title: HOA Senior Community Manager

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HOA Senior Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their communities.

Job Summary:

The HOA Senior Community Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our client's homeowners associations, including financial management, vendor management, and community relations. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial operations of the homeowners association, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of community facilities and amenities.
  • Develop and implement community programs and events to enhance the quality of life for residents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve community operations and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in a homeowners association setting.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex financial and operational issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and resident satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CCAM or CMCA/AMS designations.
  • Experience with community management software and other technology platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
