Respiratory Therapist

At HERO Health Staffing Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our respiratory therapy unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and exercising independent clinical judgment in applying scientific knowledge and theory to practical respiratory care problems.
Job Responsibilities:- Administer respiratory tests and treatment to patients with respiratory diseases and disorders, including critically ill, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
- Work independently in the respiratory therapy unit of a hospital, applying scientific knowledge and theory to practical respiratory care problems in accordance with physicians' orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective respiratory care plans.
- Graduate of an accredited College in the field of Respiratory Therapy.
- California Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- Experience in an acute (routine and critical) respiratory care setting.
Base Salary: USD $94,640 to $126,172
