Respiratory Care Specialist

An RCP II is a highly skilled respiratory care professional who has acquired the Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (RRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care.
Under the direction of the Respiratory Care Management, this individual will provide routine, emergent, and critical respiratory care to adults and neonates in the ICU setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide routine, emergent, and critical respiratory care to adults and neonates in the ICU setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and maintain patient equipment and supplies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited College in Respiratory Therapy.
- California Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- Experience in an acute respiratory care setting.
