Job Summary

ASRC Federal Cyber is seeking an experienced Voice Operations Manager to join our team in support of the DISA Joint Service Provider Enterprise Transport Management (ETM) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team that supports JSP customer support, including VoIP, VoSIP, and TDM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of voice operations specialists to ensure the delivery of high-quality voice services to JSP customers.
  • Operate and maintain voice infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security requirements and supporting modernization efforts.
  • Serve as a technical and project lead in support of key National Capital Region stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service and interfacing with high-visibility personnel from various organizations.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, adhering to security requirements and ensuring the continuous monitoring of voice systems.
  • Provide regular status updates and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure the optimal performance of voice systems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in operations management, VoIP, or Telecom.
  • CompTIA Security + CE certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance.
