Health and Safety Commitment:
At Clean Harbors, Health and Safety is our foremost priority, and we uphold this principle every day. The Coordinator will:

  • Enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Health and Safety and the VP of Site Services to address issues promptly.

Project Management:
The Coordinator will oversee large-scale field service and emergency response projects, manage Field Service Technicians, and serve as the on-call coordinator as needed.

Operational Oversight:
Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting daily inspections of the Service Center to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Directing personnel in operational procedures to complete assignments efficiently.
  • Evaluating training programs and approving employees for project assignments.
  • Maintaining equipment and inventory for ongoing projects.

Administrative Duties:
The Coordinator will also:

  • Create daily schedules for field service operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of work-related incidents.
  • Oversee the tracking of DOT Logs and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driver's license.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in Environmental Services, such as remediation or emergency spill response, is advantageous.
