Accounting Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Accounting and Advisory Lead to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional accounting and advisory services to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Monthly Closing: Oversee the monthly closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, budget and actual variance analysis, balance sheet account analysis, and preparation of recurring journal entries and adjusting entries.
- Year-End Audit Schedules: Prepare year-end audit schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Transaction Processing: Manage transaction processing, including accounts payable, cash receipts processing, payroll processing, and preparation of intercompany bank transfers.
- Development Draw Packages: Prepare and monitor development draw packages, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Financial Statement Review: Review audited financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely communication of financial information.
- Process Improvements: Recommend process improvements and internal controls, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience: Prior experience working in a client accounting capacity, with property management, real estate developers, and nonprofit organizations.
- Skills: Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations; ability to establish and maintain databases, keep complex records and files, and analyze financial data; analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, and proficient in report creation.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 DOE; Offered compensation will be adjusted for remote employees, based on the cost of living and market rate in their area of residence.
