Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with product, design, data science, and research teams to create well-articulated experiment plans and shape the product roadmap.
  • Design content that drives customer engagement and business growth, incorporating performance metrics and user research into content decisions.
  • Lead partners through content-first frameworks, workshops, and strategy to ensure clear, concise, and understandable language.
  • Develop frameworks, guidelines, audits, and processes to enhance product content at Robinhood.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and user researchers to create cohesive and effective content experiences.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Content Design or UX Writing, with a focus on systems-level thinking and content strategy.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting constraints.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and user researchers to drive content decisions.
  • Familiarity with compliance and legal teams during content development and approval processes.
  • A portfolio or selection of writing samples and past work to demonstrate expertise.
