Senior Territory Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Territory Sales Professional to join our team at Phoenix Welding Supply. This role is responsible for achieving all sales and revenue generating targets within a defined territory to current and new customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies and tactics, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
As a Senior Territory Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This includes identifying target markets, creating sales tactics, and promoting PWS' products and services.
You will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that all sales goals and objectives are met, and provide ongoing support and guidance to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be required to travel frequently within the territory, and must be able to lift 15 lbs. or more at times, as well as walk unassisted for customer plant tours.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field, or a comparable equivalent number of years of experience, plus five years of sales experience. Eligibility to work in the U.S. with the appropriate work authorization documentation is also required.
