Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician II to join our team. As a Service Technician II, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair solutions to our customers. This role requires a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration units.
  • Working with minimal direct supervision at customer sites, you will be responsible for meeting or surpassing weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Requirements

  • An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
  • A valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
  • Ability to work overtime and on-call as required.
  • Willingness to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.
