Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and guidance to users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex problems to senior technicians as needed
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of technical systems and software
The Service Desk Analyst II will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions. The ability to maintain focus and composure under pressure is essential.
