Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the fire service business in the local district office, providing vision, leadership, and direction to drive profitable growth and meet district objectives.

The successful candidate will supervise fire/sprinkler/suppression service inspectors/technicians, develop business strategies, and implement action plans to achieve corporate goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Implement plans, programs, and processes to meet and exceed corporate revenue goals, including new bookings, revenue, and profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain effective customer communications, build solid customer relationships, and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Productivity Improvement: Assign fair and effective performance measurements, motivate employees to achieve goals, and utilize management tools and practices.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all employees comply with corporate safety programs, provide thorough safety training, and identify safety issues and hazards.
Requirements
  • Supervisory/Leadership Abilities: Demonstrate training, team building, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as effective interaction with customers.
  • Industry Experience: Seven to ten years of documented experience in the Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Suppression industry performing service and repair to Fire Alarm Sprinkler and Suppression systems.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • License and Certification: Valid Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Suppression license, and NICET Level II certification preferred.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and possess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements.
