We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts in Latin America.

Job Description

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth in the region. This includes creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing customer insights to inform outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing budgets to optimize ROI and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to develop targeted marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution and maximize results.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make informed decisions about future marketing initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously is also essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

  • Located in Mexico City or US is preferred.

    $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
