The estimated annual salary for this position is $130,000 - $200,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
This exciting role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales territories, and driving revenue growth. As a Sales Territory Developer, you will work closely with regional directors and partners to establish strong relationships and expand our global footprint.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regional directors, partners, and customers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with corporate goals and objectives.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need: A Private Pilot and Instrument Certificate from the FAA or EASA. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 5+ years of senior executive-level sales experience in the aviation industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Advanced MS Office knowledge and proficiency in computer software and internet applications. Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
