Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to sales teams, understanding customer requirements, and developing tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement video surveillance systems based on customer needs, including camera selection, storage, and network requirements.
  • Demonstrate video surveillance systems and software to potential customers, showcasing features and benefits.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals, including system architecture, specifications, and pricing.
  • Analyze customer requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a senior pre-sales technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of video surveillance technologies, including IP cameras, NVRs, and VMS.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in solution selling, business value, and pre-sales engineering across multiple markets and segments. Experience working with organizations inside and outside of North America is highly desirable.
