Job Summary:

As a Respiratory Care Specialist at Englewood Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care services to our in-patient, out-patient, clinic, and emergency room population. You will also participate in the development of departmental policy and procedure formulation, as well as quality improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver respiratory care services to patients in various settings, including in-patient, out-patient, clinic, and emergency room.
  • Participate in the development of departmental policy and procedure formulation.
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Prior respiratory therapist experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Associate's Degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
  • NJ Respiratory Therapist License.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is preferred; Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification is accepted with the stipulation to acquire RRT certification within one year of hire.
