Job Summary

The Member Services Executive is a key role within the New York Red Bulls organization, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued season ticket holders. This includes providing personalized experiences, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through renewals, referrals, and add-ons.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategies to enhance the fan experience and improve retention rates
* Build and maintain strong relationships with season ticket holders, understanding their needs and preferences
* Design and deliver customized communications, events, and programs to engage and reward our members
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
* Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize member services

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, loyalty marketing, event management, or sales
* Strong planning and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Comfort working with various levels of staff and management
