Job Purpose
The Member Services Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and improving customer retention for the Red Bulls' season ticket holders. This involves providing exceptional service, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored communications and benefits to enhance the fan experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from existing season ticket holders through renewals, referrals, add-ons, groups, and upgrades.
- Provide world-class service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and programs that enhance the fan experience and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, loyalty marketing, event management, and/or sales.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer retention in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Working Conditions
- Work varying schedules, including all Red Bulls home matches, some nights, and weekends.
- Travel 0-10% for business purposes.
