Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Development Schools Manager to join our team at AEG. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our Regional Development Schools program, which aims to provide high-quality soccer training and development opportunities for young players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Oversee the planning and execution of all Regional Development Schools programs, including residential camps, talent ID centers, and tournaments.
  • Administration and Planning: Develop and manage program budgets, identify key geographical areas of opportunity, and secure host facilities.
  • Program Marketing and Sales: Create and implement sales plans to maximize program registrations, track sales performance, and provide regular revenue reports.
  • Player Scouting and Recruitment: Scout and recruit high-level youth soccer players from partner clubs for invitation into the Regional Development Schools program.
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to players, families, teams, and clubs through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • RDS Coaching Staff Management: Manage and support RDS Coordinators and RDS Coaches, recruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled coaches and support staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a sports management field or related field.
  • In-depth understanding of the youth soccer industry and structure.
  • Strong communicator and proven ability to deliver presentations to large audiences.
  • Proven ability to scout, recruit, and develop elite youth soccer players.
  • Business development skills, including sales, presentations, proposal writing, contracts, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Preferred high-level coaching qualification and required coaching experience.
