About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at Big Sandy Superstore. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify order information for accuracy and completeness
  • Process customer payments, sales orders, and account balances
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and files to maximize productivity
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous clerical experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic numerical reasoning skills
  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
