Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Global Hub. Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact.
