Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

The IKA Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expanding the customer base in the assigned territory. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the IKA portfolio and its applications.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
