Role Requirements:

  • Travel to various project locations across the U.S. for approximately half of the year, primarily in major metropolitan areas.
  • Additional compensation for extended hours and weekend work while traveling.
  • Company covers meals, lodging, and travel expenses during assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a representative of Impact at project sites, managing relationships and overseeing installation processes.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, conducting equipment tests, delivering training, and providing startup assistance.
  • Tasks will vary based on project complexity, ensuring diverse challenges for each assignment.

Office Responsibilities:

  • When not on-site, engineers will work from our office, preparing project documentation and plans.
  • Contribute to the closure activities of ongoing projects.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects.
  • Proven track record of success is more important than advanced degrees.
  • Successful candidates will undergo a background check, drug screening, and must provide U.S. work authorization documentation upon hire.
  • Position is subject to the E-Verify program.
