Job Overview

At SecurityPal, Inc., we're redefining the security review process for sales and security teams. As a Strategic Enterprise Growth Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts.

About the Role:

  • Sales Performance: Exceed sales targets by successfully winning new enterprise logos, proactively expanding existing accounts, and driving consistent renewals.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including opportunity creation, qualification, product demonstrations, and negotiation.
  • Account Planning & Forecasting: Develop and execute joint strategic account plans that define performance objectives, pipeline targets, and critical milestones.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Vitally to track progress, forecast accurately, and communicate clearly with the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and drive growth.

About You:

  • Proven Track Record: 7+ years of quota-carrying experience, demonstrating consistent overachievement of targets, with a strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and across various business units.
  • Sales Methodology Expertise: Familiarity with sales methodologies and frameworks, such as MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or Challenger Sales.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: High energy and a team-first attitude, thriving in fast-paced competitive environments.
  • Industry Expertise: 2+ years of selling Security and GRC solutions.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time to attend in-person client meetings.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development in San Francisco or New York City area.
